Job Overview for Administrator:
As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Sales & Lettings teams and serve as the main point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Typical Duties for Administrator:
• Creating Marketing Materials: Produce sales brochures, particulars, and window cards.
• Team Support: Assist sales and lettings team members with various tasks.
• Client Interaction: Answer phones, and book appointments for viewings, valuations, and surveys.
• Liaison Work: Coordinate between buyers, sellers, and solicitors to provide updates.
• Maintenance Coordination: Organize contractors for maintenance issues and communicate with landlords.
• Scheduling: Arrange property viewing and survey appointments.
• Completion Packs: Prepare and distribute flowers, cards, and keys for new completions.
• Office Supplies: Order stationery as needed.
• Online Enquiries: Respond to or redirect online enquiries.
• Documentation: Arrange energy performance certificates and request ID documents.
• Record Management: Maintain and archive electronic records and files.
• Postal Duties: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including franking.
Required Skills for Administrator:
• Interpersonal Skills: Polite, well-mannered, with exceptional customer service abilities.
• Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in work.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills.
• IT Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Working Hours for Administrator:
• Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 17:00.
• Saturday Rotation: Required to work every other Saturday, 08:45 – 16:00 (with a day in lieu if worked).
Salary for Administrator:
• Base Salary: £21.329 per annum
• Bonus: Uncapped referral bonus.
