Quartz Hospitality Recruitment is working with a well-established venue in Bideford to find an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant who's confident across restaurant service and takes genuine pride in delivering great hospitality. Bar experience is welcome but not essential, as full training can be provided.

What you'll be doing
Supporting both bar and restaurant service to a consistently high standard
Delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest
Creating a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house environment
Assisting with stock rotation and general FOH responsibilities
Working closely with a collaborative and supportive team
What we're looking for
Experience in restaurant service (essential)
Bar experience is an advantage, but not required as training will be provided
Confident, reliable, and naturally guest-focused
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Pride in maintaining high standards and delivering quality service
