Quartz Recruitment is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator on behalf of its client, a modern, fast-growing, and progressive firm. Known for its friendly and supportive team, they are looking to expand their Payroll Bureau due to continued growth.
About the Role, Payroll Administrator:
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with payroll experience. The role covers the entire payroll process, managing a diverse portfolio of clients with payrolls of varying sizes and frequencies. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, processing payrolls, generating reports, and managing workplace pension requirements.
Key Responsibilities, Payroll Administrator:
Processing payrolls from start to finish
Data entry and ensuring the accuracy of information
Submitting Real Time Information (RTI) and Full Payment Submissions (FPS)
Generating payslips, P45s, pension files, and other necessary documents
Providing support to the team leader and colleagues
Handling year-end processing
Liaising with clients, addressing payroll queries, and ensuring correct data
About You, Payroll Administrator:
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be comfortable using various software and databases. Strong communication is essential, as you’ll be in regular contact with clients to resolve any queries and ensure smooth payroll operations. Previous experience in Payroll is essential.
