Role Responsibilities for Sous Chef:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service
- Mentor and lead junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Contribute to menu development with original ideas and dishes
- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
- Manage inventory and supplier relations, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency
Skills & Experience for Sous Chef:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, ready to step up
- A flair for menu creation and a passion for culinary trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Adept at cost control and kitchen management
- A commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
