I work with managers and leaders across the hospitality industry; people who take real pride in what they do. My approach is simple. I listen, I'm honest, and I take care to only introduce you to roles I genuinely believe are right for you.


That starts with understanding your background, but more than that I want to know what drives you, what frustrates you, what you're proud of and where you dream of taking your career. I want to talk about the things that rarely make it onto a CV; the culture you thrive in, the leadership style that brings out your best, and what a truly great move would look like for you and your life.


Many of the people I speak to aren't actively looking. They're simply open to the right conversation, and that's enough to start.

How we work together

I work primarily with management and leadership opportunities across hospitality, including General Management, Operations, Food and Beverage, Culinary Leadership, Housekeeping, Guest Experience and senior departmental roles. Appointments range from Assistant and Duty Managers through to General Managers and senior leadership positions.


Every introduction is made carefully and with intent, because I understand the impact a move can have on both your professional and personal life. There is no pressure to pursue an opportunity unless it genuinely feels right.


I take time to understand each business I work with before I ever suggest it to you. I will share honest context about the company, the reason for the hire and what the role genuinely demands, not just what is written on a job description. Where it is helpful, I offer guidance on interview preparation, market insight or support in thinking through an offer.


I remain involved from initial conversation through to offer and beyond, and I stay in touch after you have started to make sure the move has landed well. You will always have a single point of contact who understands the full picture.


The right move, made well, can be quietly transformative.
