Quartz Recruitment was established with a clear purpose: to bring a more considered, personal approach to hospitality recruitment across the UK. Based in North Devon, I work with businesses and candidates nationwide, always taking the time to understand what genuinely matters on both sides of every search.

Hospitality has always attracted remarkable people. The energy, dedication and passion that senior professionals bring to the industry is something I have always admired, and it is that understanding of the people within hospitality that sits at the heart of everything Quartz does. I enjoy working with candidates at every level of management and leadership, but there is something particularly important to me about supporting senior professionals who have given so much to the industry and deserve a recruiter who truly recognises that.

I have always believed that getting the management appointment right changes everything. The right leader sets the tone, builds the culture and gives every team member around them the best possible chance to perform and grow. That is not just good recruitment, it is good business. This is why I take the time to understand the culture, values and people within a business before making any introduction.

Quartz was built on the belief that candidates deserve to be treated with honesty and respect, and that clients deserve a recruiter who takes the time to truly understand their business. It is the only way to get it right.
