Deputy Food & Beverage Manager
A premium countryside resort in North Devon is looking for an ambitious Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to support the leadership of a growing multi-outlet operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of food and beverage operations whilst developing their management and commercial experience within a quality-driven resort environment.
The food and beverage operation sits at the heart of the guest experience, encompassing restaurants, bars, weddings, events and wider resort hospitality. The business has ambitious growth plans and continues to invest heavily in both its people and guest offering.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in leading teams, supporting commercial performance and maintaining consistently high operational standards across the resort.
This is a highly visible and hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills, operational confidence and the ability to motivate and develop teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
